Application

Used for strong bonding of acoustic carpet, wood, cardboard, plastic, fabric, paper, cork. Used for bonding plastic sheets to asbestos and cement surfaces. FLEXISPRAY can be used in the repair and manufacture of insulating materials made of polyurethane, synthetic fibers, etc. During construction work, the adhesive is suitable for gluing upholstery fabrics, carpets, foam and other materials for interior decoration to any solid substrate (plywood, wood, chipboard, fiberboard, concrete, brick, plastic).

How to use

1. For best results, please shake the can.
• All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust, grease and any loose materials.
• If degreasing is necessary, a detergent/water treatment should be considered first. If this is not applicable then a suitable solvent-based cleaner may be used. Always check the information on the effect of degreasing solvents on plastics, rubber materials and painted surfaces before processing. Traces of cleaning solvent must evaporate before the adhesive is applied.
• Adjustment of the spray width is possible due to different pressing force on the valve.
2. Keep the can at a distance of 15-20cm from the surface
3. For strong bonding, an even layer of adhesive should be applied to both surfaces to be bonded and the solvent should be allowed to evaporate. Use a stencil if necessary. After application wait for 3-5 minutes. Attach and press both glued surfaces firmly together over the entire bonding area for 3-5 minutes. The application layer depends on the degree of porosity of the surface and is determined empirically in each specific case. If it is necessary to apply an additional layer of adhesive, the exposure time between applications should be within 5-7 minutes.
4. After partial use, turn the bottle upside down, press the valve and hold it until the adhesive remains completely out of the valve.
5. Use white spirit or acetone if adhesive residue has clogged the cylinder valve.

Note: This adhesive is not suitable for use with heavily plasticized PVC material.
