Payment

For legal entities, payment is made by bank transfer.

By transferring funds to the checking account of the supplier after the approval of the obligations of the parties and conclusion of a cooperation agreement.
In Russian rubles, including VAT at the current rate.

Delivery

The ACV logistics network covers the entire territory of Russia and the CIS countries.
We work with various transport companis, the costumer can
choose the most convenient option for himself.

Delivery types:

- Self pickup from the warehouse (transfer directly from the supplier
to the buyer);
- Transportation by the transport company (delivery to the pickup point
of the transport company);
- Delivery by the supplier (order is delivered
to the customer's warehouse).

Product quality and guarantee

The supplier undertakes the responsibility to supply goods of proper quality, supplied with warranty coupons and certificates of conformity. In terms of quality, the product shall meet the requirements of standards, technical regulations, GOSTs and other regulatory and technical documents.
Warranty obligations and periods specified in warranty coupons are fulfilled with proper storage, warehousing and operation of the goods.
The Supplier is not responsible for the goods or their elements damaged as a result of negligence on the part of the Buyer or violation of the operating conditions.

ACV service centers

A wide network of service centers operate on the territory of Russia.
In the case of malfunctions or
the occurence of a warranty case, the customer has the right to contact
one of them.
For the exchange of goods supplied to the Buyer and sold by him
to the costumer, the conclusion of service center is required (the address is indicated
in the warranty card) indicating the reasons why the service center
cannot fulfill its warranty obligations.
