The ACV TENOR TCROSS2 is a high-quality passive crossover specifically designed for the TENOR series of component audio systems. This crossover splits the audio signal into two bands—high and low—allowing each driver to operate within its optimal range. The result is cleaner, more natural, and more vibrant sound.
The TCROSS2's advantages lie in its use of top-of-the-line components: pure copper coils ensure minimal loss and high reliability, while ultra-low-loss film capacitors guarantee the most transparent and natural sound. Furthermore, a built-in three-position attenuator allows you to adjust the high-frequency level to your preferences, creating a more personalized sound.
This crossover is suitable for speakers up to 200W and offers a wide range of connection options, making it an excellent choice for building high-quality component systems. Optimised for use with TENOR series speakers, it helps deliver the most accurate and balanced music reproduction.
Attenuator - a 3-position switch that allows you to reduce the level of the HF speakers if they play too "bright". The "0 dB" attenuator position makes the level of the high-frequency speakers on the same level as LF/MF speakers; the "-3 dB" position reduces the level of the high frequencies if you want to make the them less bright; the "+3 dB" position is used if you want to make the HF speakers louder.
Inductors made of pure copper wire provide a superb saturation threshold of magnetic flux and ultra-low losses. Low-inductance resistors with high power for stable operation and elimination of the effect of temperature compression of the signal. High-quality film capacitors with ultra-low losses for maximum naturalness and "transparency" of the HF link sound.
The device allows you to transmit sound frequencies to the acoustics while maintaining the detail and intensity sound of the entire range, which will allow you to freely enjoy the natural and pure sound of music.
