When the input voltage drops to 10.5 V, the device generates an audible alert; for this, a special signaling device is built into it. If the voltage drops to 10 V, then the inverter turns off. The inverter can be restarted after recharging the battery. Periodically starting the engine once an hour will help to avoid this situation.

Overheat protection

The inverter has heat-resistant heat-sink, the degree of its heating is constantly monitored by a semiconductor temperature sensor. If the temperature is fixed above 65 C, it gives a signal and the device turns off. Further use of the inverter is possible after it has cooled down.

Short circuit protection

The device features power surges or short circuits protection system, it has two 35A fuses. If the polarity is reversed, a signaling device is triggered, the converter will not turn on until the fault is eliminated.
