This is a portable device designed for converting an audio signal. It can broadcast audio via FM band to a car head unit for playback through a standard speaker system. The modulator operates in the 87.5-108.0 MHz range, it transmits a signal over a distance up to 5 meters without decrease, depending on the distance from the source. Audio can be broadcasted to one of 206 channels, so you can easily tune the radio and transmitter to the same wavelength.
